Fresh Graduate Program (FGP) 2026

Mubadala Energy Fresh Graduate Program is an internship program with excellent ways to gain exposure and working experience in an international Oil and Gas Company, as well as an opportunity to develop knowledge, skills and competencies. The program will start in the beginning of 2026 up to 31 December 2026.

1. Fresh Graduate Program 2026 – Information Technology (IT)

Responsibilities include but not limited:

  • Provide Level 1 support for MS 365 applications (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform).
  • Conduct end-user training and create digital adoption materials.
  • Assist IT infrastructure team with system monitoring, backup verification, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Support server health checks, patch management coordination, and infrastructure documentation.
  • Document recurring issues and develop knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in digitalization projects and automation initiatives.
  • Support IT asset management and software license tracking.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a Bachelors (S1) degree in  Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduate, 0 – <1 year of experience.
  • Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00
  • Technical understanding of cloud computing, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and IT infrastructure fundamentals (servers, networking).
  • English proficiency (written and verbal) at least intermediate level.
  • Customer service orientation, problem-solving mindset, quick learner.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, basic scripting (PowerShell/Python), Linux/Windows Server is a plus.
  • Strong teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, patient, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous internship or project experience with Microsoft technologies is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Must be available for full-time commitment (40 hours/week).

2. Fresh Graduate Program 2026 – Business Excellence

Responsibilities include but not limited:

  • Support business process improvement reviews by providing analysis across procedures, departments, and functions within the annual review scope.
  • Assist in various activities related to risk management and internal audit.
  • Collect, organize, and evaluate data to identify potential areas of improvement.
  • Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations for process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement activities are well-executed.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of business performance indicators.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a Bachelors (S1) degree in Industrial Engineering or Accounting (preferably with a science background); other Engineering or Management majors are welcome.
  • Fresh graduate, 0 – <1 year of experience.
  • Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with great attention to detail.
  • Computer savvy with moderate to expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Demonstrated discipline, professionalism, and proactive attitude.
  • Previous organizational or internship experience preferred.

3. Fresh Graduate Program 2026 – Exploration

Responsibilities include but not limited:

  • Support data migration processes between Kingdom and Petrel platforms for subsurface datasets (wells, seismic, interpretation).
  • Prepare, manage, and maintain spatial data using the ArcGIS platform.
  • Assist in data validation and quality assurance for geological and geophysical datasets.
  • Collaborate with geoscientists and data managers to ensure data integrity during migration and storage.
  • Provide support for digital data management and mapping requests from the exploration team.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a Bachelors (S1) degree in Geology, Geophysics, or Earth Science.
  • Fresh graduate, 0 – <1 year of experience.
  • Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Basic to intermediate  computer skills; programming knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong teamwork, flexibility, and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable and able to manage multiple technical tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with data migration between Kingdom and Petrel, and exposure to ArcGIS software is preferred.

4. Fresh Graduate Program 2026 – Project Engineering

Responsibilities include but not limited:

  • Assist the project engineering team in managing workload peaks and project schedules.
  • Support in cost estimation, schedule tracking, and progress reporting for engineering projects.
  • Contribute to project risk assessments, HSSE, and quality management reviews.
  • Participate in coordination between multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  • Assist in documentation, contract management, and project execution follow-up.
  • Gain exposure to engineering processes, cost and schedule control, risk management, and quality assurance.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a Bachelors (S1) or Masters (S2) degree in Engineering (Process, Mechanical, Structural, or related).
  • Fresh graduate, 0 – <1 year of experience.
  • Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong integration and collaboration skills, with results-driven mindset.
  • Energetic, confident, and willing to seek guidance when needed.
  • Able to work effectively in cross-functional teams within a fast-paced environment.
  • Exposure to oil and gas project settings is preferred.

5. Fresh Graduate Program 2026 – HSSE AI

Responsibilities include but not limited:

  • Support HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) initiatives and day-to-day operations.
  • Assist in the administration of HSSE data, databases, and reporting documentation.
  • Monitor and support the collection of HSSE performance indicators (KPIs) and statistics.
  • Participate in the development of HSSE awareness campaigns, publications, and internal communication materials.
  • Support internal audits, inspections, and compliance activities related to the HSSE Management System.
  • Contribute to safety performance visualization and reporting for management reviews.
  • Assist in maintaining records and documentation in compliance with company HSSE procedures and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with the HSSE team on ad-hoc projects, continuous improvement, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a Bachelors (S1) degree in Occupational health & safety, engineering, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduate, 0 – <1 year of experience.
  • Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Basic computer skills including MS Office.
  • Attentive to detail, proactive, and able to work in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn about HSSE standards.

6. Fresh Graduate Program 2026 – Partnership

Responsibilities include but not limited:

  • Assist with stakeholder management records, documentation, and reporting.
  • Support community investment initiatives to manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Maintain and update Stakeholders Management System and Stakeholders Management Plan.
  • Contribute to planning and execution of engagement activities with government bodies, NGOs, and community institutions.
  • Support research, data collection, and analysis for CSR and institutional relations initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a Bachelors (S1) degree in Communications, International Relations, Sociology, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduate, 0 – <1 year of experience.
  • Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Basic computer skills including MS Office and basic design software.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both internally and externally.
  • Willingness to travel for business trips if required.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.

7. Fresh Graduate Program 2026 – Human Capital

Responsibilities include but not limited:

  • Assist in benefits administration, including BPJS, pension fund, and medical coverage.
  • Participate in learning and development initiatives and work-life effectiveness programs.
  • Assist in employee documentation, formalities, and manpower/contract management.
  • Contribute to Human Capital projects and monitor policy compliance.
  • Support day-to-day Human Capital operations and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a Bachelors (S1) degree in Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduate, 0 – <1 year of experience.
  • Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00
  • Familiar with MS Office and proficient in English (written and spoken).
  • Active in university organizations or similar activities.
  • Technology-savvy, highly motivated, proactive, and able to multitask.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Experience in Human Capital roles is an added advantage.

8. Fresh Graduate Program 2026 – Finance & Accounting

Responsibilities include but not limited:

  • Assist in preparation of routine financial reports to allow focus on non-routine activities and projects.
  • Support cost and management accounting activities, including budget tracking and variance analysis.
  • Assist in PSC accounting and financial reporting tasks.
  • Prepare and maintain accounting documentation and records.
  • Support financial analysis and ad-hoc project assignments.
  • Collaborate with finance team members to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal and external standards.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a Bachelors (S1) degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or Business Administration.
  • Fresh graduate, 0 – <1 year of experience.
  • Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00
  • Basic knowledge of financial and cost accounting.
  • Professional English (written and spoken).
  • Proficient in MS Office (advanced Excel is preferred).
  • Collaborative, flexible, proactive, with strong time management skills.

9. Fresh Graduate Program 2026 – Commercial

Responsibilities include but not limited:

  • Participate in project economics evaluation, including capital project assessment, upstream fiscal regimes, and PSC types.
  • Support commercial analysis, including gas demand-supply balance, upstream gas regulations, and gas infrastructure and tariffs.
  • Assist in stakeholder management and risk assessment, including analysis of positions, interests, needs, and expectations.
  • Support review and analysis of commercial contracts, risks, and comparisons versus precedents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide commercial insights for decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a Bachelors (S1) degree in Engineering, Economics, Sciences (Physics/Mathematics), or Business.
  • Fresh graduate, 0 – <1 year of experience.
  • Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00
  • Good English (written and spoken) and strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Willingness and ability to learn, ask questions, and connect the dots.

10. Fresh Graduate Program 2026 – Drilling & Well Services

Responsibilities include but not limited:

  • Participate in operational performance tracking and reporting under supervision of senior engineers.
  • Gather, organize, and document drilling and well data.
  • Support updates to technical documentation and reports.
  • Attend technical meetings, risk reviews, and HSSE sessions.
  • Gain exposure to deepwater drilling engineering workflows and operational standards.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a Bachelors (S1) degree in Petroleum Engineering, or related majors.
  • Fresh graduate, 0 – <1 year of experience.
  • Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Basic understanding of drilling engineering concepts and calculations.
  • Familiarity with drilling or petroleum software (e.g., Landmark, Compass) is a plus.
  • Able to work effectively in a team and multicultural environment.
  • Demonstrates initiative, discipline, professionalism, and strong communication skills.
  • Previous academic or internship exposure to drilling, well design, or petroleum production courses is an advantage.

11. Fresh Graduate Program 2026 – Supply Chain Management

Responsibilities include but not limited:

  • Monitor compliance of the sourcing and procurement process.
  • Prepare and manage CIVD announcements and registration.
  • Assist vendor registration in ME GEP system.
  • Administer post-tender document templates.
  • Support pre-qualification process and bidder correspondence.
  • Assist in ad-hoc procurement or SCM-related project assignments.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in daily SCM operations.
  • Gain hands-on experience in the overall procurement cycle and material management practices in oil & gas.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a Bachelors (S1) degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Management.
  • Fresh graduate, 0 – <1 year of experience.
  • Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00
  • Strong communication skills and assertive personality.
  • Tech-savvy in data analysis; knowledge of product or graphic design is a plus.
  • Experience in leadership roles in university organizations or event management is a plus.
  • Able to comply with company policies, especially HSSE.
  • Attentive to detail, analytical, accurate, and orderly.
  • Cautious, enthusiastic, willing to learn, and able to manage priority tasks.
  • Sociable and able to work effectively in a team environment.

12. Fresh Graduate Program 2026 – JV Planning & Economics

Responsibilities include but not limited:

  • Monitor compliance of the sourcing and procurement process.
  • Support the Commercial & Business Development team in economic evaluation, data analysis, and business planning activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of project economic models and evaluation of upstream fiscal regimes (e.g., cost recovery and gross split PSCs).
  • Conduct commercial analysis related to gas demand supply balance, infrastructure, tariffs, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Participate in stakeholder management and risk assessment activities, including identification of key stakeholders, interests, and mitigation planning.
  • Support review and analysis of commercial contracts, comparing terms, risks, and precedents.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and supporting documentation for management and partner reviews.
  • Collaborate across departments and with external parties to support commercial decision-making.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc commercial and JV (Joint Venture) projects and initiatives as required.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a Bachelors (S1) degree in Engineering, Economics, Sciences (Physics/Mathematics), or Business/Management.
  • Fresh graduate, 0 – <1 year of experience.
  • Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
