Responsibilities:

  • Business KPI Management

Requirements:

  • Male/Female Bachelor’s degree from Industrial Engineering (experience at least 1 year), fresh graduate are welcome to apply

2. Services Network Part Leader

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to all operation of Service Network in Indonesia, direct and indirect channel
  • Monitor and evaluation of the quality and operation of Service Center based upon Customer Satisfaction Index
  • Ensure the effectiveness activity in Service Center in accordance with SOP
  • Management VOC & VOD and countermeasure program activities
  • Able to handle several project at the same time, inter and intra Departments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from Engineering, Statistic major or equivalent.
  • Experience at least 5 years in customer service management, preferred from electronic company.
  • Have a background leading a number of teams in order to achieve an organization target
  • English Proficient (written & verbal) and familiar with MS Office application

3. Service Quality

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring & analysis TV & AV Product quality.
  • Quality Issue TV & AV product and follow up.
  • Technical support for TV & AV product quality issue.
  • Used part collection and analysis for TV & AV product.
  • Trainer TV & AV products.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor Degree any major.
  • Have a good communication skill (written & spoken).
  • Have good knowledge related customer care / Relationship.
  • Experienced as electronics technician will be advantage
  • Able to work in team or individual, and able to work in pressure.

4. Information Display B2B Sales Channel

Responsibilities:

  • Create Channel sales program
  • Maintaining order from T1 Partner
  • Develop T2 partner for T1
  • Maintain stock level inventory
  • Maintain Sales & Production forecast
  • Coordinate Sell Out Program
  • Create sales promotion pull in and pull out program
  • Responsible for Financial & AR from Customer

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor Degree in any major
  • Having experience as channel sales for IT/Security Product for B2B Market
  • Great in communications & good in time management
  • Excellence in Excel & other Microsoft tools.

5. Consumer Electronics Salesman

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain relationship with existing dealer and grow potential market for  LG Electronics product.
  • Developing medium to long-term sales plans and preparing sales strategies.
  • Achieve monthly sales target.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor Degree in any major
  • Have experienced at least 2 years as salesman
  • Great in communications & good in time management
  • Excellence in Excel & other Microsoft tools.

6. HR Talent Management & Training

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and deploy targeted training needs recognized through training need analysis (TNS).
  • Responsible for driving the TM initiatives including talent review, high potential talent and development, succession management, performance management framework.
  • Design and execute career development programs in collaboration with management to ensure competency development and enhance readiness for targeted roles.
  • Project manage the implementation of an upgraded learning management system, evaluate existing learning content in alignment with company strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or Master degree in psychology, management, or equivalent.
  • Experienced as talent management at least 3 years.
  • Advance in English.

7. SCM Innovation Member (OS)

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate Deep analysis involving management & operational team of issues/bottlenecks affecting inefficiency operations and initiate business process optimization of demand management & logistic management to gain incremental efficiency & cost reduction.
  • Initiate & Develop Supply chain optimization and/or innovation through rule/policy-based activities such as OD/Sales advancing, Direct Delivery, Collaborative Planning Forecasting & Replenishment (CPFR), or other headquarter initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering / IT & or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years experience in a related field.
  • English is a must (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in RPA (UIPath, PowerAutomate), Al Machine Learning & R is a big plus.
  • Willing to be contracted under OS company.

8. CAC Pre-Sales

Responsibilities:

  • Sells technical products, services, installations, and configurations to assigned customer for specific technical product and/or application of product.
  • Provides technical interface between customer and company engineering, manufacturing and program management representatives.
  • Researches customer technical specifications and requirements with current or potential technical specifications of company products.
  • Prepares and conducts technical sales briefings for customer and company representatives.
  • Develops potential technical specifications, pricing considerations and contract requirements. Also prepares sales forecasts. Investigates new applications or improvements to products with customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum S1 degree in any major
  • Have experience in project sales/ Channel Sales/ Pre-Sales HVAC for more than 2 years
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written
  • Excellence in data processing and presentation skill
  • Excellence problem solving and innovation

9. Digital Performance & Web Optimization

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Criteo, etc.)
  • Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights to maximize ROAS
  • Plan and execute monthly digital campaigns (promo, seasonal, launches)
  • Coordinate with creative team for new ad materials
  • Managing web day to ensure web content (banners, promo pages, product info) is up-to-date
  • Coordinate with HQ & Regional developers and partners for site enhancements
  • Support budget planning, spend tracking, and campaign ROI evaluation

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance ads, or eCommerce
  • Strong analytical mindset, familiar with GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads
  • Experience in website management and user experience optimization
  • Able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Excel, data visualization, and reporting tools

10. Project Sales HVAC

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets for commercial air conditioning project
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including identifying potential distributor, dealers AC specialist, engineering dealers, contractors HVAC, Architects, developer and end customers
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential areas for business growth
  • Support for negotiate and close sales contracts, including pricing, account receivable, terms and conditions, in line with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum S1 degree in any major
  • Have experience in project sales HVAC for more than 2 years
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written
  • Excellence in data processing and presentation skill
  • Excellence problem solving and innovation

11. In Store Management Team Leader

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing national in-store activity.
  • Overall store display such as display rack and POSM, manpower management (promoter, trainer, merchandiser)
  • In-store display includes store renovation, POSM and monitoring SKU flooring
  • Promoter management such including sellout productivity, capability/performance and motivation.
  • Capability development thru training part includes Offline/online training, performance management, material development, BP search. Trainers and merchandisers capability also need to be managed.

Requirements:

  • At least bachelor’s degree in any major.
  • Good knowledge In-Store management, Retail, Salesforce management.
  • Experienced as Team Head/ Manager Min.3 years.
