Proyek SOPHI dan InPLUS adalah inisiatif strategis Ditjen Kesmas yang dirancang untuk mengatasi tantangan krusial dalam sistem kesehatan Indonesia:

  1. Proyek SOPHI (Strengthening of Primary Health Care): Berfokus pada penguatan layanan kesehatan primer, yang merupakan garda terdepan dalam pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat. Proyek ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas Puskesmas, Posyandu, dan jejaring layanan kesehatan dasar lainnya, mulai dari ketersediaan fasilitas, tenaga kesehatan, hingga kualitas pelayanan preventif dan promotif. Tujuannya adalah memastikan masyarakat memiliki akses yang lebih baik terhadap layanan kesehatan esensial dan terpadu.
  2. Proyek InPLUS (Integrated Nutrition and Health Services in Stunting and Wasting Prevention): Menargetkan percepatan penurunan angka stunting dan wasting di Indonesia. Stunting dan wasting adalah masalah gizi kronis dan akut yang berdampak serius pada tumbuh kembang anak dan kualitas sumber daya manusia di masa depan. Proyek InPLUS akan fokus pada intervensi gizi terpadu, peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat, dan penguatan layanan gizi di fasilitas kesehatan dasar.

Kedua proyek ini saling melengkapi, menciptakan sinergi untuk membangun sistem kesehatan yang lebih kuat dan masyarakat yang lebih sehat, khususnya anak-anak sebagai generasi penerus.

Peluang Emas di Berbagai Bidang Keahlian

Rekrutmen Proyek SOPHI dan InPLUS 2025 akan mencari individu-individu berkompeten dari berbagai latar belakang pendidikan dan pengalaman. Posisi yang dibuka sangat bervariasi, mencerminkan kompleksitas dan multidisiplinnya sebuah proyek kesehatan masyarakat berskala nasional. Beberapa bidang keahlian yang mungkin dicari antara lain:

  • Tenaga Kesehatan: Dokter, perawat, bidan, ahli gizi, sanitarian, epidemiolog, dan profesional kesehatan masyarakat lainnya.
  • Manajemen Proyek: Koordinator proyek, staf administrasi, keuangan, pengadaan, dan logistik.
  • Data & Evaluasi: Spesialis data, analis, monitoring & evaluasi, dan peneliti.
  • Komunikasi & Advokasi: Staf komunikasi, public relations, dan social mobilization untuk kampanye kesehatan.
  • Pengembangan Kapasitas: Fasilitator pelatihan, spesialis kurikulum, dan pengembang program.
  • Spesialis Teknologi Informasi: Untuk mendukung sistem informasi kesehatan dan data manajemen proyek.

1. Planning Coordinator InPULS

Requirements:

  • Minimum Master’s degree (S2) in Public Health/Medical Specialist/Doctorate (PhD) with at least a Master’s degree in a health-related field
  • Min of 3 (three) years of experience in finance and/or planning.
  • Preferably with experience in managing international grants/loans, particularly in the health sector.
  • Preferably with experience in public health laboratory facilities, infrastructure, and equipment.
  • Preferably with experience working with government institutions, private sector, NGOs, or international organizations in the field of planning and/or finance.
  • Preferably with experience in preparing readiness criteria and other required documents for foreign loan projects.
  • Proficient in computer operations (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English (spoken and written).

2. Procurement Coordinator InPULS

Requirements:

  • Minimum Master’s degree (S2) in any major, preferably with an academic background in law.
  • Min of 2 (two) years of experience in procurement.
  • Preferably with experience in managing international grants/loans, particularly in the health sector.
  • Preferably with experience in public health laboratory facilities, infrastructure, and equipment.
  • Preferably with experience working with government/private/NGO/international institutions.
  • Must have a certification in goods and services procurement (Government Procurement or international).
  • Proficient in computer operations (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English (spoken and written).

3. Finance Coordinator InPULS

Requirements:

  • Minimum Master’s degree (S2) in Economic/Accounting/ Management or other relevant fields.
  • Min of 3 (three) years of experience in finance/planning.
  • Preferably with experience in managing international grants/loans, particularly in the health sector.
  • Preferably with experience working in government/private/NGO/international institutions.
  • Proficient in computer operations (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English (spoken and written).
  • Preferably a certification in Finance.

4. Procurement Assistant InPULS

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major, preferably with an academic background in law.
  • Minimum of 1 (one) year of experience in procurement.
  • Preferred experience with foreign grants/loans in the health sector is highly desirable.
  • Preferred experience in public health laboratory infrastructure, facilities, and equipment.
  • Experience working with government institutions, private sector, NGOs, or international organizations is preferred.
  • Have a procurement certification (domestic and/or international) is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using computers, especially Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English (spoken and written)

5. Planning Assistant SOPHI

Requirements:

  • Min Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Public Health or Natural Sciences (MIPA).
  • Min 1 (one) year of experience in planning and/or finance.
  • Preferably with experience in managing international grants/loans, particularly in the health sector.
  • Preferably with experience working with government/private/NGO/international institutions.
  • Preferably with experience in preparing readiness criteria and/or other foreign loan-related documents.
  • Proficient in computer operations (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English (spoken and written).

6. Procurement Assistant SOPHI

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major, preferably with an academic background in law.
  • Minimum of 1 (one) year of experience in procurement.
  • Preferred experience with foreign grants/loans in the health sector is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with government institutions, private sector, NGOs, or international organizations is preferred.
  • Have a procurement certification (domestic and/or international) is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using computers, especially Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English (spoken and written)

7. Finance Assistant SOPHI

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting/Economics/Banking/ Management or other relevant fields.
  • Minimum of 1 (one) year of experience in finance.
  • Preferably with experience in managing international grants/loans, particularly in the health sector.
  • Preferably with experience working with government/private/NGO/international institutions.
  • Preferably a certification in Finance (Brevet A/B/C)
  • Proficient in computer operations (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English (spoken and written).
