Produk Perawatan Kulit (Skincare):
- Serum, pelembap, pembersih wajah, toner, masker, dan produk anti-aging. Ini sering menjadi lini awal yang populer bagi merek kosmetik baru.
Produk Tata Rias (Makeup):
- Lipstik, foundation, bedak, eyeshadow, blush on, dan produk riasan mata lainnya.
Perawatan Tubuh dan Rambut:
- Sabun mandi, body lotion, sampo, kondisioner, atau produk perawatan rambut khusus.
Wewangian (Fragrance):

1. Social Media Specialist
Role describtion :
- Develop and plan engaging content strategies across platforms
- Manage daily operations of social media accounts
- Monitor performance and provide insights using analytics
- Spot trends and conduct research to stay ahead
- Collaborate with influencers and KOLs for campaigns
- Work closely with the Ads team on paid social media efforts
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
- Passionate about beauty and up-to-date with social media trends
- Strong copywriting skills with a good sense of brand voice
- Familiar with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.
- Able to analyze social media performance and reports
- Creative, proactive, and always on top of digital trends
2. Content Creator
Role Describtion :
- Creating engaging, original, and useful content.
- Managing content to meet audience needs or specific goals.
- Creating content that is appropriate for the platform being used
- Collaborating with companies or brands to create promotional content.
- Editing content according to the initial video concept.
- Managing schedules and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Requirements:
- Min D3/S1 all major, have experience creating content on social media especially in beauty brands.
- Accustomed to appearing in front of the camera. Understand algorithms and social media contents.
- Able to work individually and collaborate in a team. Have basic video and photo editing skills.
- Able to interact, answer questions, and accept suggestions.
- Able to understand the latest trends in social and digital media platforms.
3. Videographer & Editor
Role Describtion :
- Plan, shoot, and edit videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and website
- Collaborate with creators, designers, and marketing team on content ideas
- Capture various content: product shots, tutorials, events, BTS, etc.
- Stay updated with video trends, especially in beauty and lifestyle
- Direct talents (models, influencers, hosts) during shoots
Requirements:
- Min. D3/S1 in Visual Communication Design or related field
- 1–3 years experience as a videographer (beauty industry experience is a plus)
- Skilled in operating DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, and audio gear
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects
- Good understanding of beauty aesthetics, trends, and video formats (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Ready to join ASAP
4. Graphic Design
Role Describtion :
- Design marketing materials (brochures, ads, social posts, websites, logos)
- Maintain cohesive brand identity and visual consistency across all media
- Create responsive graphics optimized for desktop, mobile, and tablet
- Retouch and edit images, photos, and illustrations as needed
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to bring creative concepts to life
Requirements:
- Min. 1 year experience in graphic design (beauty or FMCG industry is a plus)
- Min. D3/S1 graduate with proven design portfolio or relevant project experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Active, creative, and a team player
- Disciplined, independent, and ready to join ASAP
5. Talent Acquisition
Role Describtion :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offering
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Execute employer branding activities both online and offline
- Create and manage recruitment-related social media content
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Communications, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment and employer branding
- Strong communication skills and social media savvy
- Creative, organized, and passionate about people and branding
6. Content Plan
Role Describtion :
- Develop and manage weekly/monthly content calendar across all channels
- Align content with campaign goals, product focus, and brand voice
- Research trends and competitors to inspire fresh content ideas
- Monitor content performance and adjust plans based on insights
- Ensure all content is timely, relevant, and on-brand
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in content planning or digital campaign management
- Strong understanding of social media, content trends, and audience behavior
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Creative, detail-oriented, and ready to join ASAP
7. KOL Specialist
Role Describtion :
- Manage and organize KOL or influencers to promote the company’s products or services.
- Take a responsibilities for increasing brand awareness and maintaining the company’s image.
- Take a reponsibilites for negotiation with talent products.
- Create content briefs, monitor the content and insights produced to see whether or not they are up to date with current trends.
Requirements:
- Male/female, all major in university.
- Experience in KOL Specialist minimum 2 years (experience in a beauty brands will be a plus).
- Can be work as a team, manage a building strategic relationships with KOL’s and influencers.
- Active, creative an up-to-date with a current trends for Beauty Industries.
- Willing to be placed in PIK 2, North Jakarta.
8. Affiliate Specialist
Role Describtion :
- Manage daily operations of affiliate programs (TikTok, Shopee, etc.)
- Recruit and onboard affiliates, influencers, or content creators
- Launch, monitor, and optimize affiliate campaigns
- Track performance metrics: CTR, conversions, ROI, and sales
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any major, with 1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer management, or e-commerce
- Familiar with affiliate platforms and tracking tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Great communication and relationship-building skills
- Passionate about digital trends and content creator ecosystems; willing to be placed in PIK 2, North Jakarta
9. Sales Promotion Girl
Role Describtion :
- Promote and introduce products to consumers at outlets, stores, or events.
- Assist customers with product knowledge and purchasing decisions
- Maintain product display and booth cleanliness
- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets as assigned
- Provide product sampling or demos when needed
Requirements:
- Experience as a Sales Promotion Girl, preferably in  beauty products
- Friendly, communicative, and confident in approaching customers
- Willing to work for 4 days in July
- Free lunch & coffee provided
- Fee: IDR 300,000/day
