Miniso Indonesia merupakan bagian dari Miniso Home, yang merupakamerek desainer yang berbasis di Jepang, didirikan bersama oleh desainer Jepang Mr. Miyake Junya dan pengusaha muda Cina Mr. Ye Guofu di Tokyo, Jepang.

Pada tahun 2013, Miniso Home aktif mengeksplorasi pasar internasional dan telah membuka lebih dari 2600 toko dalam waktu kurang dari empat tahun, dengan perputaran bisnis berdiri di USD 750 juta pada tahun 2015 dan hampir USD 1,5 miliar pada tahun 2016. Pada tahun 2017, volume penjualan MINISO mencapai USD 1,8 miliar. Saat ini PT Miniso Lifestyle Trading Indonesia memberikan kesempatan lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:


1. Admin Buyer

Responsibilities :

  • Assisting buyers team in placing orders with vendors or suppliers
  • Ensuring all purchasing documents invoices, purchase orders, contracts, etc) are properly stored and organized
  • Assisting the buyers team in monitoring stock levels and ensuring timely procurement of required items
  • Making market and product analysis report (front margin, back margin and customer satisfaction)
  • Coordinate with related department to ensure about purchase product needed
  • Do other duties related to product department needed

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree, at any field from reputable university
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administration / related position
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Having good understanding in retail business and market connection
  • Fluent in Mandarin (oral and written) & proficient in Ms Excel
  • Dynamic and willing to work in underpressure situation
  • Placement Jakarta, Head Office

2. Operational Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and coordinate daily activities to ensure smooth operations
  • Ted to be a translator while neededin each company activities
  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, handling emails and other internal communications needs
  • Preparing and updating operational reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to improve operational activities
  • Supporting resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently
  • Interact with supplier and/or vendors to ensure products delivery and quality standards

Requirements :

  • Diploma/Bachelor Degree from reputable university from All Major
  • Fresh graduate with strong administration skills are welcome to apply Having passion in retail company (operation department and handle for the store need)
  • Good personality, fast learning and also good in coordination with cross-functional departments
  • High multitasking abilities and ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Fluent in Mandarin and also good communication skills
  • Willing to business travel based on company needs
  • Placement Makassar / Banjarmasin / Samarinda

3. Social Media Supervisor

Responsibilities :

  • Develop social media & content marketing strategy, create social media campaigns (especially for Instagram, TikTok & other social media platforms)
  • Setup daily tasks & activity for all social media platforms to maintain high quality brand output
  • Deliver monthly reports with statistics and results for each account to achieve marketing goals
  • Execution of all social media activities
  • Keep track of social media trends & competition in order to achieve brand positioning in the market

Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Communications or Advertising
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms
  • At least 5 years working experience with leveraging social media management & analytics tools
  • Strong knowledge of social media campaigns in Indonesia
  • Experience in writing, editing, drafting content for social media
  • Interest in digital marketing/online marketing
  • Fluent English communication skill is a MUST
  • Dynamic and having good interpersonal & leadership skills
  • Placement Jakarta, Head Office
