Lowongan Kerja PT Indonesia Thai Summit Auto

1. Stamping Manager

Job Desc :

• Handle all process in Production Stamping including monitoring SPH, Downtime, Ensuring the material in production line
• Controlling team members and ensuring the schedule production based on planning from production planning
• Monitoring flow production process and control the process to prevent abnormality in production
• Coordination with related department to ensure production process running smoothly
• Analyzing the problem can make decision to solve the problem
• Setting the KPI target in Production, and monitoring achievement Department every month
• Managing member and able develop skill, knowledge and attitude
• Having managerial skills such as mentoring, coaching, delegating, etc
• Good understanding management system (IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018)

Requirements :

• Min. S1 (Any major)
• Experience in Production Stamping is a must
• Min. 2 years of experience as Manager or 5 years as Assistant Manager
• Good communication skill & command in English
• Willing to be placed in KIIC – Karawang

2. PPIC Manager

Job Desc :

• Controlling production planning and stock keeping material for production requirements
• Controlling production planning and finish goods for delivery to customer
• Making Budget Plan  and control using of PPIC budget
• Performing analysis of the raw materials and control for the accuracy plan and compare with production plan
• Approving, reviewing monthly reports for KPI management review meetings and prepared by the PPIC.
• Conducting periodic checking for raw materials with Quality Assurance department
• Implementing FIFO system
• Managing members and able to develop skills, knowledge and attitude
• Having managerial skills such as mentoring, coaching, delegating, etc

Requirements :

• Min. S1 (Any major)
• Experience in Production Stamping is a must
• Min. 2 years of experience as Manager or 5 years as Assistant Manager
• Good communication skill & command in English
• Good understanding management system (IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018)
• Understanding Kanban, Kaizen, 5S
• Having the experience working in automotive industry and coming from reputable brand will be plus (Toyota, Hyundai, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Daihatsu)
• Willing to be placed in KIIC – Karawang

3. Legal Officer

Job Desc :

• Drafting all company agreements
• Registering and monitoring all permits
• Managing OSS (Online Single Submission)
• Taking care of all expatriate permits (RPTKA, Visa, Kitas/Kitap, Lakeb, SKTT, etc)
• Updating the current regulation/rules/policies from the goverment

Requirements :

• Min. S1 Law
• Experience in manufacturing industry
• Min. 2 years of experience
• Good communication skill & command in English
• Willing to be placed in KIIC – Karawang

4. Purchasing Manager

Job Desc :

• Searching and gaining the approval for purchasing contracts with new vendors or on new supplies
• Maintaining a network of professional contacts in order to discover new opportunities for good deals on orders
• Overseeing supply chain management and  monitoring import process
• Forecasting demand for certain products and makes orders accordingly
• Making supply orders, Processes payments and invoices
• Making a Budgeting and control using of purchasing budget

Requirements :

• Min. S1 Any Major
• Experience in automotive manufacturing industry
• Min. 5 years of experience and 2 years in assistant manager level
• Good communication skill & command in English
• Willing to be placed in KIIC – Karawang
