1. Senior Environmental Engineer

Job brief:

Senior Environmental Engineer is responsible in providing engineering technical expertise, guidance and leadership for Environmental projects and programs at assigned site.

Role Spesific Competencies:

  • Additional certification or licensure appropriate to the job may be required or preferred
  • Knowledge of environmental compliance, permitting, incident investigating and reporting protocols
  • Able to research and analyze information of considerable difficulty and draw valid conclusions
  • Skilled in managing large/complex environmental projects
  • Ability to evaluate and implement new methods and techniques for operational improvement
  • Able to analyze a wide range of soil, water and air samples to recognize potential environmental hazards
  • Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions
  • Skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Technology, Earth Science or related Natural Science (such as Biology, Chemistry, Geology, Hydrology, Forestry, Agriculture, Meteorology, Environmental/Natural Resource Management), or Mathematics/Computer Science including Accounting and Finance, or Business Management, or other Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of related experience,
  • OR Master’s degree in a related field and three (3) years of related experience

2. Analyst, Supply Chain Logistics

The key duties and responsibilities of this position:

  • Analyze logistics data, generate reports, and present findings that support decision-making and process improvement by doing relevant data extraction from various sources, conduct in-depth analysis, and identify patterns, trends, and insights to optimize logistics processes and decision-making and elaborate all important data into reports or dashboards; this includes to ensure that the reports or dashboards visually represent complex logistics data using graphs, charts, and insights, making it easier for stakeholders to comprehend and interpret the information effectively.
  • Monitor aging in-transit inventory in SAP and ensure that those items are properly transacted in SAP to keep track and resolve potentially lost in transit items in the system.
  • Working closely with the Global Supply Chain Manager, Manyar Smelter and Gen. Supt, Shipping & Offsite Exim, Jakarta to identify areas for improvement in logistics processes, such as transportation, offsite consolidation process by 3PLs, and documentation flow, and jointly developing strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs; this also to develop and maintain monitoring of transporters, carriers and 3PLs performance to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations and action plans based on insights obtained from data analysis, aiming to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall logistics performance, then present these recommendations to management and gain their support for implementation.
  • Provide evaluation for offsite export-import processes, identify bottlenecks and potential incompliance. Jointly recommend improvements that streamline customs clearance, documentation, and compliance procedures; This need incollaboration with Manager, Global Supply Chain, Manyar Smelter and Gen. Supt, Shipping & Offsite Exim, Jakarta.
  • Perform validation process of freight invoices and ensuring freight forwarders are paid timely.

The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:

  • Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Maritime or Business Management, IT/Computer Science, Statistics or equivalent with at least 3 years working experience in similarly relevant field.
  • Experience with data analysis and the use of logistics-related software, such as transportation management systems (TMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems ie SAP, S4/Hana, Ellipse, etc.

3. Senior System Engineer

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Analyzes reports of the Electrical Power System Engineering, Protection Relay Engineering, and Electrical/Mechanic Control and Automation and Cyber Security Engineering, to achieve the best results for system availability and reliability.
  • Initiates and implements power system corrective actions to achieve results leading to improved or enhanced electrical power system supply and protection continuity.
  • Plans, assigns, and prioritizes the work of engineering group to maintain an optimum level of effectiveness, efficiency, reliability and safety of electrical power system protection, control, automation, and cyber security system.
  • Provides technical system analysis and detailed reports to direct supervisor and senior management regarding all power system events/problems.
  • Coordinates engineer team to performs protection relay & metering setting, testing, calibrating, and troubleshooting and support for the power system and all related equipment to improve system availability and reliability.
  • Coordinates supporting work activities with other internal and external groups to make sure any required power system studies, analysis, development project and/or enhancements are completed as designed and in as safe and timely a manner as practical.
  • Manages the engineering data of the power system which effectively allows customers to manage their overall power requirement.
  • Provides the recommendations to external group any necessary technical data analysis regarding power equipment purchasing.
  • Responsible for recommending to direct supervisor any necessary purchases and assisting in formulating the annual budget for this group.

Requirements:

  • Possesses S1 Electrical Engineering degree with 5 years of related experience in electrical power system, electrical power control system, automation/cyber security, progressive technical and supervisory experiences or
  • Academic background (D3) with 10 years of related experience in electrical power system, electrical power control system, automation/cyber security, progressive technical and supervisory experiences.

4. Foreman, GBC Drill Mtc C#2

Job Responsibility :

  • Compile, analyze, and summarize data PM scheduling including plan and un-plan schedule activities by perform daily inspection to all Heavy support fleet which are release from shop, to ensure all equipment in a good and safe condition.
  • Assist with supervision, coordination, monitoring, and controlling PM scheduling including plan and un-plan schedule activities by perform daily inspection to all equipment which are release from shop, to ensure all equipment in a good and safe condition.
  • Perform forecast for the component condition and provide data to mechanic in extending component lifetime to meet the quality standard for maintenance.
  • Identify and analyze breakdown failures, in order to determine the root cause of the problem and obtain the most efficient and effective solution by review repair and breakdown historical data of heavy support equipment.
  • Invent, develop, and implement maintenance method for tools and facilities, in order to improve maintenance activities and increase maintenance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Keep a data base for all equipment findings to track histories to ensure all data are complete for future references.
  • Establish inspection sequences system and rework elimination (inspection to get backlog, doing repair as instruction, re-inspection prior to release and go final test by real work prior to operational) at assigned equipment with maximizing available man-hour and work quality required to ensure quality and productivity maintenance.
  • Ensure PM back log and analyze schedule oil sampling at assigned equipment before all fleet coming on schedule PM and analyze to the Superior’s and Mine Support Services Management’s repair activities to inform the Superior and Mine Support Services Management for their decision to improve the activities performance.

Minimum Education and Experience

  • S1 with minimum 2-3 years and trade apprenticeship with 6 years experience, whoever in charge in mining companies and working preferably in Heavy Duty mechanics scopes.

5. Supt., Treasury & Cash Management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
  • 5 years of related experience out of financial services or fund administration and/or corporate finance.
  • Experience in Treasury or Banking Industry will be an advantage.

6. Sr Analyst, Compensation Planning & Analysis

The key duties and responsibilities of this position are:

  • Act as primary analyst and pivotal point for external company salary survey and conduct any necessary analysis and provide recommendation to PTFI Sr. Management through extensive coordination with external parties (consultant, Big 4, etc.).
  • Support annual salary and bonuses review and payments to ensure the timely processing of these and other payroll matters.
  • Study on company compensation practice and seek best practice on industry to keep maintaining company compensation program still align with company objective.
  • Prepare and calculate new salary of promoted employee and monitor the communication thru employee letter in ESS (Employee Self Service) web
  • Provide total cash information required by US/Nola payroll for planned secondment employee. Monitor the database of secondment employee, and inform the related parties in PTFI. Conduct the review on employee salary once back from secondment program
  • Prepare and calculate Completion Bonus payment for PTFI and partners to ensure the timely processing and on correct amount.
  • Prepare and calculate outstanding compensation for terminated/ resign employee to ensure the accurate amount provided
  • Review and calculate the PBA/ Smelter Monthly Incentive achievements and monitor the communication to employee thru Interoffice memo
  • Recommend improvement to PTFI’s compensation policies and procedures that will address adverse/inappropriate practice and trend and sol lead to more efficient and fair compensation practices.

Qualifications:

  • S1 degree in Science, Engineering, Accounting at least 5 years of experience in Compensation Management.

7. Superintendent Architectural

Plan, organize, and control architectural group efficiently and effectively in providing excellent architectural engineering design services, including draft/sketch, schedule, AFE, manual, and detail design preparation, cost calculation and estimation, and material procurement for all jobsite area, in order to ensure the achievement of the customers’ needs and requirements within the budget and time frame according to company’s policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • S1 Architectural Engineering and Professional Management Project (PMP) and or S2 Management Business Administration
  • Experience in Project and Architectural Design Engineering more than 12 years. Preferable in Mining and or Oil Company
