PT Unilever Indonesia merupakan perusahaan Indonesia yang merupakan anak perusahaan dari Unilever. Perusahaan ini sebelumnya bernama Lever Zeepfabrieken N.V. PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk merupakan bagian dari Unilever Group NV/plc untuk memproduksi dan mengawasi semua merek yang diproduksi oleh Unilever (seperti Surf, Close-up, Clear dll. Unilever Indonesia memenangkan 2005 Energi Globe Award untuk skema pengelolaan sampah mereka di desa-desa di dekat sungai Brantas di Surabaya. Skema ini melibatkan kompos. Sampah organik dan daur ulang, dan telah menghasilkan peningkatan kualitas air setempat di sungai. Berbagai produk luar biasa dengan lebih dari 400 merek memberi PT Unilever Indonesia tempat yang unik dalam kehidupan konsumen di seluruh dunia.

Pada saat tahun 1933, PT Unilever Indonesia didirikan sebagai Lever Zeepfabrieken N.V. Pada 22 Juli 1980, nama perusahaan diubah menjadi PT Lever Brothers Indonesia dan pada 30 Juni 1997, nama perusahaan diubah menjadi PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk. Unilever Indonesia melepas 15% sahamnya di Bursa Efek Jakarta dan Bursa Efek Surabaya pada tahun 1981. Unilever Indonesia mempunyai lebih dari 1.000 distributor di seluruh Indonesia. Pada bulan Mei 2011, PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk akan menginvestasikan setidaknya £300 juta dalam 2 tahun ke depan untuk memperluas pabriknya di Cikarang, Jawa Barat dan Rungkut, Jawa Timur.

Saat ini Unilever Indonesia telah mengoperasikan 8 pabrik dan 3 pusat distribusi. Unilever percaya bahwa pertumbuhan menguntungkan juga harus berupa pertumbuhan yang bertanggung jawab. Our Customer Development teams partner with customers to pioneer new products, categories and concepts. A Customer Development role with us will see you providing leadership in shopper trends, habits, and behaviors. You would embark on experiences areas such as Account Management, Distribution Management, Channel and Category Development. UFLP Customer Development is 30 months traineeship program designed to prepare future Unilever leaders through challenging projects and roles to become business leaders. By the end of the program, you are expected to be a manager ready with a strong leadership impact.

Requirements:

  • 2025 Graduates (or will be graduated before Oct 2025) from all majors.
  • Professionals with a maximum of two years of working experience as of October 2025
  • Min. Bachelor Degree with GPA min 3.30.
  • Have strong leadership capability, active in organization.

2. UFLP – Finance

Finance has direct input into Unilever’s long, medium and short-term plans as well as our cost reduction programmes and innovation projects. You’ll be part of a team that’s continuously bringing products to consumers that meet their needs and at an affordable price. Our operating structure is designed to be an influential force at the heart of the business by offering world-class expertise in areas where we can add real value. It is divided into several work streams: Finance Excellence Teams, Finance Business Partners, Financial Controlling, and Corporate Audit. UFLP Finance is 30 months traineeship program designed to prepare future Unilever leaders through challenging projects and roles to become business leaders. By the end of the program, you are expected to be a manager ready with a strong leadership impact.

3. UFLP – Marketing

Job Purpose

As well as learning on the job, you’ll have access to many carefully selected learning programmes to build fundamental leadership and business skills.

Marketing at Unilever is about engaging empathetically with consumers, making sense of data and designing and driving campaigns to build demand, brand equity and business. You would embark on experiences in core Marketing areas such as brand building and brand development, be a part of creating compelling visions for our brands and developing future-fit plans across the full marketing mix and manage multiple challenging projects that may involve working with external creative agencies. UFLP Marketing is 30 months traineeship program designed to prepare future Unilever leaders through challenging projects and roles to become business leaders. By the end of the program, you are expected to be a manager ready with a strong leadership impact.

Requirements:

  • 2025 Graduates (or will be graduated before Oct 2025) from all majors.
  • Professionals with a maximum of two years of working experience as of October 2025

4. UFLP – Supply Chain

We offer world-class development opportunities in a fast-paced, challenging work environment. As well as learning on the job, you’ll have access to many carefully selected learning programmes to build fundamental leadership and business skills.

Supply Chain Management is responsible for the whole process, from sustainably sourcing the raw materials, through the production processes, and ensuring a great product reaches the stores shelf in perfect quality and affordable cost. You would embark on experiences areas such as Planning, Engineering, Customer Service, Logistics, Procurement including hands-on experience in Supply Chain operations. UFLP Supply Chain is 30 months traineeship program designed to prepare future Unilever leaders through challenging projects and roles to become business leaders. By the end of the program, you are expected to be a manager ready with a strong leadership impact.

Requirements:

  • 2025 Graduates (or will be graduated before Oct 2025) from any other Engineering related major.
  • Professionals with a maximum of two years of working experience as of October 2025.
  • Min. Bachelor Degree with GPA min 3.30.
  • Have strong leadership capability, active in organization.
