1. Environmental Officer, Karawang Plant

Job Description:

  • Manage end to end waste manufacturing management process.
  • Collect and handle Waste Storage Improvement
  • Identify and mitigate environmental risks that could impact to our operations
  • Coordinating Industrial Area and government for environmental risk management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, Enviromental Engineering or equivalent
  • Minumum 1-2 years’ experience in the same or related position
  • Independen, energetic and have a willingness to learn
  • Ready to work under pressure
  • Familiar with ISO 14001 & 45001
  • Able to write & speak in english.
  • Willing to be placed in Karawang – West Java

2. Transport Planner, Karawang Plant

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Product Delivery and transportation process
  • Compile and archive document that related with distribution
  • Responsible for creating report Product delivery, transportation process and documentation
  • Coordinate delivery product to distributor with Sales Area Team

Qualification

  • Bachelor degrees from Accounting, Finance Management, Logistic or relevant major with minimum GPA 3,0
  • Have working experience for 1 year as Transport Planner / Distribution and Transportation Staff in Manufacture, Logistic or Distributor.
  • Interested with depth data knowledge for Excel or Power BI

3. Paid Media & Consumer Experience Executive, Head Office

Job Description:

  • Data-guided Media Planning: improved the way of working to manage media planning effectively
  • Media Reporting & Analysis: create standard analysis to get better insight and actionable plan
  • Media Innovation & Partnerships: search the new media and adapt the latest trend
  • MMM Delivery & Deep-Dive: reliable data collection and implement the findings properly
  • Consumer Experience Roadmap: create robust strategy for Brand Website and CRM program
  • Consumer Data Acquisition and Utilization: find the right data partners and pursue digitalization process
  • Consumer Engagement Enhancement: select the right content with the right CRM channel

Requirements:

  • The role requires minimum 2 years hands-on experience in executing digital campaigns: paid media, website and CRM initiatives, analyzing performance, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Candidates with FMCG background are preferred.
  • Fluent in English both oral and written, MS Office Tools, social media platforms, CRM tools and website development.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills are essential.

4. Brand Group Manager (Baby Care), Head Office

Job Description:

  • Act and serve as brand champion and owners to assist a Head of Marketing provide the vision, mission goals and strategies to match up to the formulation and direction established by the marketing leadership.
  • Assisting Head of Marketing to translate brand strategies as defined in the marketing plan into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus to get targeted population to “take action”.
  • Assist the Head of Marketing to measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

5. Environment & Sustainability Asst. Manager, Sidoarjo Plant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Legal Compliance Management – Interpret, understand, and continuously monitor/manage the changing implications of relevant legal requirements applicable to site activities and operations.
  • Complex Risk Assessment – Identify and assess complex environmental hazards and associated risks while developing similar skills and capabilities in others.
  • Subject Matter Expertise – Stay proficient in environmental and sustainability topics, particularly those covered by K-C OH&S and E&S Performance Standards, and link them to operation-specific risks.
  • Leadership in Incident Management – Participate in environmental incident investigations, conduct causal analyses, and develop similar skills in others.
  • Training Development & Delivery – Develop and deliver training across a broad range of OH&S and E&S topics relevant to moderately complex operations.
  • Program Maturity Assessments – Conduct routine evaluations and self-assessments of the site’s environmental and sustainability program maturity and performance.
  • Leadership Skills – Demonstrate accountability, positive role modeling, and commitment, aligned with the Leadership Curriculum.
  • Technological Acumen – Leverage data and digital systems to improve decision-making and problem-solving, including adapting to technological advancements such as automation.

  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership, management, or supervisory role.
  • Qualifications required by local regulatory authorities (if applicable).
  • Pursuing or possessing relevant professional certifications (e.g., PE, etc.).

6. Environment & Sustainability Manager, Karawang Plant

Job Description:

  • Ensure the site’s compliant with K-C and regulatory controls and requirements related to environmental matters.
  • Take ownership of the relevant environmental and sustainability components within the site’s OH&S and E&S Management System.
  • Identify environmental aspects, hazards, emerging requirements, etc., and verify that they are managed to acceptable levels of risk or impact.
  • Define the environmental and sustainability objectives for the site and assess the effectiveness of performance.
  • Lead the facility’s effort to elevate OH&S and E&S program maturity, in alignment with the K-C OH&S and E&S Maturity Model.
  • Implement strategies and initiatives to continually improve the effectiveness of the E&S programs.
  • Lead the facility’s initiatives to improve the maturity of the environmental and
  • sustainability programs.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure consistent application of E&S standards and best practices for environmental & sustainability.

  • Ensure adherence of contractors to relevant K-C standards and E&S requirements specifically for environmental & sustainability matters.
  • Collaborate with contractors to establish and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Utilize digital systems/platforms to conduct analysis of environmental and sustainability data.
  • Provide insights and recommend improvement actions based on data analysis.
  • Ensure procedures and controls are in place to verify the quality and completeness of data.
  • Act as a catalyst for OH&S and E&S culture initiatives and programs, fostering a culture committed to sustainability, minimizing our environmental impact and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, environmental management, sustainability, or a related field.
  • At least 3-7 years of experience in environmental management within a manufacturing environment, with a
  • focus on legal compliance, risk management, and adherence to company standards.
  • Qualifications required by local regulatory authorities if any.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership, management, or supervisory role.
  • Strong communications, interpersonal skills with ability to engage at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to influence behaviors/outcomes w/o direct authority
  • Relevant Professional Certifications (e.g., PE, CIH, CSP, HMM, NEBOSH, etc.).
  • Previous experience with a consumer products organization.
  • Large or multi-site environmental & sustainability management experience desired for complex site.

7. Data Maintenance & Dashboard Specialist, Karawang Plant

Job Description:

  • Develop and manage user-friendly dashboards to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand data requirements and implement solutions.
  • Ensure data compliance with relevant regulations and internal data governance policies.
  • Train and support team members in effectively utilizing data systems and dashboards.

Requirements:

  • Minimal Bachelor’s Degree from any relevant major.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially for data management systems, administration, and data quality assurance.
  • Strategic planning, data analytics, and technical proficiency.
  • Able to navigate the complexities of data management and dashboard development.
  • Willing to be placed at Karawang, West Java.

8. Head of Information Technology, Head Office

Job Description:

9. Mechanical Engineer, Karawang Plant

Responsibilities:

  • Key accountabilities on High-Speed Personal Care Machineries
  • Lead Cross functional matrix team(s) with all projects works as defined by Karawang mill
  • Provide engineering solutions to improve the machine and process stability and capabilities. Plan and manage engineering projects or modifications on the machine. Keep close communication on the project with Team Leader and key stakeholder.
  • Re-Design/Modify Machineries to meet Product, Quality, Safety, and Efficiencies that meets the business requirements.
  • Assure compliance with KC Quality Management System requirements, policies and procedures that meets both local and International Standards.
  • Ensure alignment to corporate/regional internal control guidelines related to CAPEX.
  • Incumbent should have the ability and flexibility to work in a manufacturing environment with a 24/7 operation.
  • Incumbent should be flexible to travel up to 15% as dictated by business needs for meetings, machine install or start-up support, benchmarking, or best practice sharing across Kimberly Clark.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or other relevant discipline.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with design and analysis tools such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
