2. Fleet Acquisition Associate

We’re looking for candidates who want to be part of our Supply Acquisition Team. If you’re persuasive, organized, and enjoy working with people, then this role might be perfect for you. What will you do as our Fleet Acquisition Associate?

• Manage end-to-end drivers/vendors acquisition process.
• Lead pitch meetings through high daily cold-calling activity and offline meetings, and maintain strong engagement with our potential drivers and trucking partners.
• Manage relationships with our driver and trucking partners.
• Monitor, analyse and report on supply acquisition performance and key metrics.

Having some experience as a Technical Product Analyst with strong English communications skills is preferred.

• Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities and process improvements by leveraging organization data to drive business solutions.

As part of our Recruiting team, you will handle email communication and processing our heavy volume of inbound candidate applications for our expanding open positions. The work will be heavily over email (about 60% of workload) with some video and live interviewing (40% of workload). Specifically, your work will involve responding to applicants via email, carrying out screening steps, collecting and verifying key documents, scheduling interviews for yourself and sometimes for others, contacting and liaising with references, and advancing candidates who meet our criteria to a final offer of employment.
